Termite – Wood Destroying Organisms

A Florida Termite Inspection or Wood Destroying Organism (WDO) inspection should be performed on the potential home you are interested in purchasing. Florida is notorious for several species of termites due to the climate of our state. Such an inspection can ultimately save you thousands of dollars in repairing structural damage and eradicating the pests. Required by Mortgage Lender.

Wind Mitigation Inspection

An important service for Florida residents as our homes face high hurricane winds. This assessment shows how well various parts of your home can resist wind damage. With this inspection, you may be eligible for a discount on your HomeOwners Insurance policy.
4 Point Inspection

A Four Point Home Inspection is required by insurance companies before a home insurance policy is issued on an older home (30 years old or more). It covers 4 important areas of the home: HVAC, Electric, Plumbing, & Roof.

Our Start in The Inspection Industry

I will be the first to admit, I never thought I would become a home inspector. My life has been a journey and somewhat of a wild ride from politics to inspecting the inside of homes. It actually started out as a hobby of mine, since friends knew that I used to work in construction since I was a young chap, they would ask me to do a visual inspection of their homes before they were buying or selling. Well, this turned into a regular thing and before I knew it I would rather do this “job” than my 9-5 gig. I know that my father would be proud, he too ended his career as a home inspector.
